1. Data we collect
We only collect what the platform needs: account data (name, email), the transfer screenshots you or your team upload, and the fields extracted from them.
2. How we use it
We process images through Google Cloud Vision and Anthropic Claude to extract and verify the fields. We never sell your data or share it with any third party for marketing.
3. Tenant isolation
Every organization is fully isolated at the database layer. No user can access another organization's data.
4. Retention & backups
We retain your data while your subscription is active. Backups run daily and are kept for 30 days.
5. Your rights
You can request an export or a full deletion of your organization's data at any time via Contact.
